Am only giving 2 stars because of the actual camera. Ivan is highly unprofessional. Sent his father to deliver the camera and was 40 minutes late, delaying the shoot. The camera arrived loose in a dirty leather satchel (we had to clean the camera because it was full of filth) and one of his adapters was broken which further delayed the shoot… thankfully my camera assistant who came later had a spare part! Otherwise we would have had to cancel the shoot. When I called him about the broken part, he apologised at first and then accused us of breaking it… he agreed over the phone to a refund and when it came down to it he denied it. When the camera was returned, Ivan was late by 30 minutes, delaying the footage being delivered to the editor. If you can’t wake up to deliver and pick up your equipment at 10am, then stop renting it out. Terrible experience with him but the camera was cool and captured what we needed. If you need a panasonic camcorder, rent one, just don't rent it from Ivan.
