Richard was great, very responsive and helpful. However, the pressure washer didn’t work properly. The power kept cutting out. We tried lots of troubleshooting options, including ones he suggested, but it just didn’t work. We used similar pressure washers without issues so not sure what it was. The rating is really just because the pressure washer didn’t work that well for us, but Richard was helpful and clearly a nice guy who felt bad that it didn’t work for us.
