Unfortunately the lender forgot to include the power lead in the safety box when I collected the item, but thankfully they issued a full refund and were cooperative and transparent about their mistake. It's just a shame the charity event couldn't go ahead as planned, as well as the extra journey I made to check if the lead I needed was in the box and missed by me. As mentioned, the lender was cooperative and did apologise, so I wouldn't want to deter anyone from using them as it seems to be an honest mistake. However, this is the reality of my experience on this occasion.
