Matty provided the audio equipment with dead batteries on the day of filming. It would have be courteous to supply it in working conditions or list with “batteries needed” there was no apology. And even though I asked before booking if same day drop off was okay, he became combative as he wanted it delivered the next day. I expected better customer service with all his good reviews. Unfortunately it all lacked respect - my first negative Fat Lama experience.
