This was my first time using the service & I'm not sure my experience was unique or all/most of the clients renting out are as professional & accommodating as was ASK Photography (Alexandra). From the detailed description of the item, to the collection & return was seamless & very easy, I'm certain this was mostly contributed by Alexandra, as he was very experienced in how he prepares everything in readiness for collection & equally how its inspected/checked by in upon its return. I ended up renting several items off Alexandra, for a photo shoot I was carrying out in central London & although I have some equipment, I didn't have particular items, including lighting & back up equipment (as i've had equipment failures before on jobs), so some items were purley for a back up/safety measure. All the equipment was top quality & you can see it is well looked after & as good as if it was brand new, I was super impressed. I will definitely use the site again & my first point of call will be Alexandra at ASK Photography, because he was so accommodating & professional throughout the process & all of his equipment is simply top quality. Thank you Alexandra (I'll be back!) I promise. PS. These lights are exceptional!
