Responsive with messages + flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. Other renters have offered custom bundles for multiple items which would have been appreciated. The transmitter's select buttons did not work properly and I could not change the frequency, sensitivity, etc. Luckily it did not interfere with my shoot. I was told they would consider a partial discount.
