Shooting professional video footage on a DSLR is usually a shaky experience, and no matter how much you try fix it in Post, shaky footage is shaky footage! Using a gimbal reduces this and can make footage a lot more smoother, professional and cinematic. Not sure you _need_ a gimbal, why not rent it for the day and see how you get on before making that big investment. The Kylin M is the world’s first 3-axis gimbal stabiliser with a single rotatable handle designed to provide ease and better filming output. It is primarily designed for mirrorless DC, phones and action cameras, with photo focus/shutter button, video recording button and zoom control on its unique rotatable handle. I currently use this with my Canon 70D and my Rode VideoMic sitting on top with either the Canon 18-55mm stock lens or my Canon 50mm 1.8 for more arty shots. The Snoppa Kylin M gimbal will help with a GoPro action camera or even a mobile phone (will need a suitable adapter). I also have a separate Snoppa M1 for rental for just mobile phones. See my separate listing. Setup is simple, but requires a little practice! I'm happy to help set it up for you before you leave for your shoot! If you're new to gimbals, and to get the best out of this, it's advisable to rent it for a couple of days. *** Not Signed up to Fat Llama yet?
