Tom was very helpful and accommodating with my first rental. I required a specific timeframe for the rental and he at a later time in the evening which meant I did not have to run around before returning everything. The communication was great and we agreed pick-up location and time with little to no problems and he had everything ready for me to collect upon arrival. Will definitely be renting again.
