The speaker was great and exactly as described, but the pick-up was disappointing. I was left waiting for almost an hour after the agreed time until Jamie picked up his phone, and sent his dad down to give the speaker to me who didn't know how it worked - not sure why Jamie didn't come down himself. Communication was fine, but not very thorough with telling me where to go for pick-up etc.

Not happy. Wasn’t able to get generator as was told day booking before that it had to be 24 hours minimum. Ended up not being able to access and wasted money. Would like full refund please
