I recently rented a Godox V1 from Immi and was very happy not only with the flash itself but also with the accessories that came with it. I asked for an extra battery just in case, and she was more than willing to arrange that for me. The communication was smooth, flexible, and very accommodating from the start. Another big plus is the convenient location, which made the whole process quick and hassle-free. What really stands out compared to others is the fast response time and clear communication. Kit was fine and worked well however, picking up the kit was a bit of a nightmare. I arrived at the pickup address at the correct time and then wasn't getting responses from Immi. I waited nearly an hour outside in the cold before deciding to head off. At which point Immi responded to messages on Fat Llama. Kit was great but would definitely recommend getting a mobile number / door number if picking up to avoid the same issue.
