Im very disappointed  how they handled my refund(they didnt issued it at all)although  i didnt even receved the item i was purchased to rent..I send so many email with no help and the owner of the trolley was not helpfull too.In overall  i lost my money for nothing!

First time using Fat Llama and this was an amazing and ideal experience. Mariell was quick at replying, flexible and really helpful. The collection and drop off location was easy to get to on public transport and straightforward to find. The trolley itself was perfect - easy to travel with (especially on public transport) and was able to lift and transport a large set of chest of drawers for a 25 minute walk. Definitely would recommend and would use this service again!
