I had a great experience renting — the laptop was excellent quality at a very good price. The process was simple, with easy pick-up and drop-off. I would highly recommend Jem and his devices to anyone looking for reliable rentals.

Was told it was ready for me, didn't hear back in the following minutes on Fat Llama or by phone when I asked for more detail, but I left to pick up within the next half hour, and owner said they were not available for several more hours.  Just kind of "Oh sorry." Should not have accepted same-day rental if they were going to be unavailable. Felt scammed.

Bike breaks not working. Battery won't last for longer.
