Great product, easy communications as well. scooter is not fully charged when collection though but provided with charger to charge it anyway

The scooter wasn't charged so I wasted a good portion of my time having to charge it. Also we ordered 2 scooters but were only given one charger so had to wait even longer to charge.

Rented a scooter for a good price. The scooter was fine but owner wasn't accessible until 3pm on the day of the rental, we were only able to pick it up at 4.30pm. Also the scooter was only charged to 60%
