The scooter was an overall blast. I was at a stalemate on whether I should purchase a electric scooter or not so I decided to rent this as a test run. The experience was overall good however the person providing the rental is very hard to reach and arrived late to both the collection and drop off of the rental

I really love it and I’m so happy I rent it , help me a lot to go shop or go for a fresh air and thank you so much for your scooters appreciate it 



Very good communication from lender and prompt on delivery and pick up. Overall good experience.  I would mention that the breaks need to be changed as it was difficult to break and the scooter was only half charged when it was given to me. I needed more charge and had to take train on my journey home. Maintenance is needed on scooter. Some hills are a challenge with this scooter as not enough power even when fully charged.
