Appalling - I confirmed a time to collect this item - a rental scooter - and the lender didn't show up. (They had already failed to share a mobile number). Therefore I wasted an hour of my Saturday afternoon, and did not receive the scooter. Looking at other reviews, this seems to happen often.

I waited for 45 minutes and he didn’t answer any of my messages and after 2 hours he messaged me saying his wife puts his phone in Airplane mood. So my day was waisted and my money was taken.
