X-pole X-pert spinning pole for pole dancing, perfect for parties or if you are not sure to start this sport and want to try yourself first. The Ceiling has to be in between a height of 2235mm (7'4") and a height of 2745mm (9'). Otherwise it will not work, some apartments have lower ceiling so check yours before hiring. To set up the pole just follow the instructions on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dG6CQQRgGm0&t Please do not ask if it is available on messages just request it. And you have to come to Chingford to pick it up and bring it back. Included: case and spinning/static pole.
