The whole experience has been poor. Joana decided to cancel the booking after I had paid because she wanted to use the camera for a wedding. She then provided me a substitute which she wanted me to pay full price for. Then 2 days before my event has cancelled the booking no regard whatsoever to the timing or how many accommodations I’ve made. Absolutely unreliable and a waste of time and space. Now I have an event and was holding out for the cameras which she received full payment for on both occasions. Absolutely disgraceful that she can get away with this.

Hi Zahra, as explained over message the first camera I notified you more than 2 weeks in advance that I wished to use the camera for myself for a friends wedding that I got a last minute invite as she had been going through chemotherapy and the wedding was arranged last minute. I then offered another camera that was cheaper as it was a cheaper camera. I also sorted out by messaging fat llama and moving your discount voucher across so it was still useable for the substitute camera. Therefore you would have been paying half the price of the normal cost of the booking. Unfortunately the camera has since been rented out and returned to me not working. There isn’t much I can do about this as the camera now needs repairing. I can understand it is disappointing but it is also disappointing to me that I now have a camera that doesn’t work. Both camera bookings will be fully refunded to you, which you are aware fully of. So it is incorrect to state I will be receiving the full amount I will be receiving no money from either booking. I have apologised that I do not have the camera for you to rent but it does not work so I’m not sure what more you want me to do?
