I would not recommend this rental, particularly if you need the computer for professional work or require reliable access to the advertised storage. I also found the owner unhelpful when problems were raised and eventually solved by dispute team with multiple rounds of communication!

Borrower messages me at 22:46 for an admin password. I don’t reply till the next morning and he complained that he wasted a whole day, I had no qualms whatsoever giving him an additional day but then he demanded two days and became very rude and difficult. Hygglo explained to him that a one day booking equates to one calendar day, there was no apology for his misunderstanding and he was still reluctant to return. He then started to make non existent excuses that he never bothered to even discuss with me to help. Ive been doing this many years and it’s the first time I’ve had a complaint from a borrower.
