The canon itself was amazing! The pictures came out beautiful, exactly as we expected. Customer service was the issue. Fiza was one hour late when dropping off the camera and the encounter was rushed with no verbal apology. I had questions and she mostly referred me to TikTok. There was over 1.5K pictures on the SD card from previous renters, which I think may be a GDPR violation. I made sure to delete all of my pictures before returning the camera, as I wouldn’t be comfortable with other people having access to them. Other than that, camera was 10/10
