I would like to say a big big thank you to Shan. The moment I requested the booking, he instantly replied, trying to accommodate my request as it was an emergency I left for the last moment. Extremely helpful, met me as soon as he could, so I could collect the lens before leaving the country for an important event. Important to mention, he even sourced me a CPL filter that I realised I will need only in the evening, when all shops were closed and it was too late to order anything online. The lens has given me full flexibility for my aim, and the quality is outstanding too. Great communication and impeccable service.

He set the collection time for 12:30pm and missed the deadline. He then changed it to 1:00pm and missed that deadline too. I waited over 40 minutes at the collection point, but he never turned up, forcing me to reschedule other appointments. Despite missing the collection deadline twice, he then requested to cancel the rental. As a goodwill gesture, I issued him a full refund. Unfortunately, despite all this, he still left a negative review. Very disappointing experience and one of the worst renters I have dealt with.
