Do not deal , first of all providing a false information , we’ve been told that a 15m hose will be available but on arrival only 10m was provided which is not enough for us . Also demanded cash upfront  outside of Fat Lama , can’t be trusted !

Kept on changing times and not very responsive

They told 20 mins prior to an agreed collection time, something had come up and it wasn’t available until the afternoon.

Never received the pressure washer. Contacted via mobile and on fat llama multiple times and sadly never heard back.

Abi was so accommodating, and the pressure washer was exactly what I needed. I needed to get an adapter for my tap, and Abi was really accommodating with timings.

Did not receive timely responses with regards to organising delivery and timings once payment was taken- poor communication. Chafing dishes received were still dirty and required thorough washing before use.
