Michal was very helpful. Our first rental actually didn’t go to plan we were unable to get a vehicle to pick up. He offered to rent us the item at a separate date for no extra charge and spent quite a but if time trying to figure out how to do that through FatLlama (customer support was able to help us out in the end). Definitely recommended.
