Great equipment and organisation for collection/return

Booking was simple. The booking was efficient and smooth, packed perfectly and in immaculate condition. Everything worked flawlessly. Returning it was just as easy. The entire transaction was professional and hassle-free. 10/10 definitely going to rent again!

Communication and ease of booking was great up until collection when I couldn’t find them and they wouldn’t respond to my messages. I ended renting from somewhere else which was very inconvenient however they did finally reply and issue me a full refund due to various circumstances which I do understand. However directions to collect this need to be clearer and higher communication upon the day of collection.
